Excellent attorney! Great communication! I was fortunate enough to have Mr. Alex Fawell represent me. The outcome of my case more than met my expectations! Very respectful attorney! I most definitely will retain him for future legal services! Appreciate all you and your staff have done. Apologies for delay in posting this review.
I worked with Alex Fawell to help establish custody & child support. At our initial Consultation, I thought he would advocate for me. This was my 1st time ever dealing with court. The non-custodial parent’s family was familiar with family court & proceedings. I wanted my attorney to discuss with me my options & advocate for me and my child. I am Disappointed in this firm. Our parenting agreement is extremely long and noncustodial parent continues to use power & control. Since this agreement, I continue to get emotionally abused. The parenting order that Fawell & Fawell established for me, has not worked and has caused distress. He also never informed me of my options and what is realistic.
Terry and her team were a big help to me. They were very responsive to all my questions and got back to me in a timely manner. I won't hesitate to use again (hope I don't have to) and highly recommend
Since Fawell and Fawell invites prior clients to give feedback per the website, here is my overall experience with Alex Fawell and it was beyond terrible for many reasons. First, the experience I had with Alex Fawell was his ability to communicate and how sorely lacking and truly awful it was. For my first example, in the initial filing of the case he did not even notify me of the actual filing of my civil complaint or in which date to appear nor did he provide me with a date stamped copy from the clerk. The first fundamental aspect of being an attorney and representing someone effectively would be to tell your client what date to appear instead of having to look up on the court website on my own to find the case number. The second example, he did not return emails or calls in a timely manner and the emails go to junk mail which means he probably was blind Cc his mom on my emails or someone else perhaps. Also, Fawell always some level of excuse for not getting back to me in time, basically that “I was in court all day” which is interesting, because usually cases are heard in the morning and not “all day”. Alex Fawell was continually flipflopping on an issue regarding my house. Long story short, he changed his mind three times on whether a quit claim deed was needed. He should have known better and if he’s experienced as he states, he would not have changed his mind so frequently. He did this twice in an email and once over the phone. Another example of Alex Fawell did not deliver on several requested docs as promised. I requested on four different occasions both verbal and email to complete these needed docs, in which he promised to do so but failed. In a phone call conference with him, he stated he could do QDROs and then told me he used the outside services of another firm, but then he would not send me the contact info of that firm. Interesting enough Fawell quit my case after I told him I was disappointed in his services and instead of telling me personally, he had his female secretary email me, he wasn’t man enough I suppose to call me. So quite a mix unprofessional and just gutless regarding Alex Fawell. In conclusion, if you are seeking absolute frustration and bad communication, then hire Alex Fawell. I will note that I hired another attorney named Reno Renzetti and he provided more insight on my case and updated the necessary documents in 2 hours of hiring him than Fawell did in 10 days.

Like many, my post-divorce world is messy, earnestly trying to manage parenting time, child support, alimony etc., while dealing with a contentious ex spouse. Terry Fawell's experience, professionalism and guidance was an enormous help in ensuring fairness and accountability. I could not have done it without her.
Very happy with their services. Always available inspite of what's going on in the world today
Another client that was treated the very professionally by Terry. Terry was only concerned about herself by requiring money up front with no game plan. Not returning case phones in timely fashion during the three months. I am sure you can do better if you look for a caring law firm.
Alex's representation was amazing! He kept me calm while handling my case. Not to mention, he was successful in getting my case dismissed. Thank you for all of your help, Alex!
Both Terry and Alex Fawell are highly recommend.
Recently, I retained Terry Fawell to represent me. My initial impression of her was that she had a heart and actually cared about the clients. She is experienced, knowledgeable and kind. Although she could have charged for every moment of her time, she made it possible for me to work through her wonderful Paralegal, which saved me quite a bit of money. I would highly recommend Terry Fawell if you need an attorney.
Fawell & Fawell is highly recommended, Alex my attorney worked really well with me, he communicated through out my case, he broke down every term so that I can understand better, the process of divorce, he always made sure to inform me of court dates that were coming up and what was to be expected. I got what I wanted and what worked best for my interest. Also, if there was a question to be asked Terry as well helped me answer those questions. They both worked as a team to get the best for my case. Will work with them again if needed.
I only gave one star so I could post. No hiding behind a profile w no picture. Absolutely horrible "lawyer". Hired Terry for her services because she had a great plan and knew I had a deadline to beat. She knew the other party's lawyer and worked with them to sabotage the plan of action and conveniently told me not to come to court for our scheduled date. Contacted me after court and informed me that the motions/petition I signed were not entered and she personally pushed my next court date out past my deadline date. I told her my concerns of conflicts of interest and unethical actions. She of course denied. I asked for an in office meeting to sort out my case and ask why was the plan completely changed w out informing me or asking for my consent. She then showed up to court on the continued date stating she knows the other party's attorney too well and this is so overwhelming for her. Then offered me her son who barely got his feet wet in the courts, let alone a complicated case like mine. It's been said more times than many, she had no business taking my case. There are multiple reviews online about her lack of tact and knowledge as a lawyer. I've found the hard way that most of them are valid. Please research and don't find out the hard way that the negative reviews really hold weight. I'd go pro se in court before I ever hire her for anything. I can back up anything I've said, this isn't just a pissed off client that didn't get their way. This is real. True experience. I more than gladly back up and stand behind what I say. An old old wolf in sheeps clothing. Some people just have no morals or value of their profession
Terry handled my case on asset division from my divorce with upmost professionalism and compassion. Not only was the process quick and relatively painless her communication skills with the opposing attorney were focused and fair to both sides. On a personal level I felt a strong connection to Terry’s compassion for my case. As a single mother I would highly recommend Terry to any woman who is going through a divorce. She is extremely ethical and conscientious.
Alex Fawell was efficient in making sure a decision was entered for my Child Support case.Thank you Alex Fawell, and Terry Fawell!
It is such an honor to write a review for Fawell and Fawell. I worked with Alex Fawell during what was not the prettiest of divorces. Alex was amazing. He responds to calls and e-mails faster than expected, was very open about having meetings with me in his office when needed, and was the perfect amount of encouragement that I needed getting through this process. His costs are beyond reasonable, I was legitimately surprised when I received the bill after expecting I was going to have to pay thousands more. No one wants to go through a divorce, but if you have to retain Alex Fawell.
